What you will do

• Oversee and implement construction closeout processes for complex data center projects.
• Perform field verification as-built audits to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Act as the owner's representative and single point of contact for all closeout deliverables.
• Manage design drawings, shop drawings, CAD/BIM models, submittals, and warranties.
• Coordinate necessary actions to keep the construction closeout on schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in construction closeout processes and CAD/BIM knowledge.
• Must be able to work on-site in the specified US locations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership over work.

Nice to have

• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Relevant professional certifications in construction or engineering.
