What you will do

• Represent the company onsite and oversee daily construction operations.
• Facilitate communication between leadership and the general contractor.
• Ensure contractor adherence to safety programs and proactive risk management.
• Monitor project schedules, production, and procurement progress.
• Validate QAQC hold points and release status.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align mechanical systems with project requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or an Engineering discipline.
• Experience supporting large-scale data center, mission-critical, or industrial construction projects.
• Working understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, and structural systems.
• Proficiency in Procore.
• Familiarity with formal interface management and document control processes (IMS/EDMS).
• Experience supporting the transition from construction to operations.
