What you will do

• Create construction and design documents using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software.
• Develop detailed 3D models and coordinate multidisciplinary design elements.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Review design drawings and specifications for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor junior designers on best practices and design principles.
• Contribute to the development of design standards, templates, and processes.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in CAD, Revit, and BIM systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software.
• Strong understanding of construction document preparation and design standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Experience with sustainable design principles.
