People Relations Partner

Location: Fully remote within the United States; candidates will be considered nationally.

Salary: $70,100–$126,200 per year

What you will do

• Advise employees and managers on employee relations matters, including policy interpretation, conflict resolution, performance management, progressive discipline, and termination processes.
• Manage employee relations cases from intake through resolution using a case management system.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, HR Centers of Expertise, internal and external legal counsel, and investigative bodies.
• Apply company policies, employment laws, and regulations when providing guidance on employee matters.
• Complete additional duties and comply with company policies and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in human resources, employee relations, or compliance.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to work remotely from within the United States.

Nice to have

• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
