Senior People Partner (HRBP)

Location: France; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: €63,000–€73,000 fixed per year, depending on experience

hirify.global is a B2B SaaS scale-up developing an artificial intelligence platform that helps cybersecurity teams move Security Operations Centers from reactive to proactive security alert investigations.

What you will do

• Build the People function with the Chief People Officer and run day-to-day HR operations.
• Coach managers through onboarding, performance reviews, career paths, and other core People processes.
• Support employees through career moves, international mobility, performance and development conversations, and transitions.
• Lead French labor-law matters, including sensitive cases, disciplinary procedures, CSE meetings and consultations, policies, and internal documentation.
• Strengthen engagement, internal communications, People knowledge management, and connection rituals across France, the UK, and the US.
• Partner with People Operations on HRIS data, payroll inputs, and employee-lifecycle processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years as an HRBP, ideally in a high-growth technology company with a lean HR team.
• Hands-on expertise in French labor law, including sensitive cases, disciplinary procedures, CSE consultations, timelines, and risks.
• Strong manager-coaching skills and the ability to guide difficult conversations.
• Generalist experience covering People Operations, administration, payroll inputs, and HRIS processes.
• Professional fluency in French and English required.
• Experience supporting teams across multiple countries and working with agility, pragmatism, and urgency.
