Director, People Partners

Location: Remote

Salary: $130,000–$170,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual incentive.

What you will do

• Define and execute the enterprise People Partner strategy, priorities, KPIs, and success measures.
• Lead, coach, and develop a six-person People Partner team.
• Advise senior business and clinical leaders on workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, leadership performance, change management, and business transformation.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational design, leadership effectiveness, and change and integration initiatives.
• Provide senior-level direction for complex investigations, performance matters, accommodations, leaves, separations, and workplace concerns.
• Optimize Workday processes, people analytics, automation, responsible AI use, vendor oversight, and compliance governance.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of progressive human resources or People Partner experience, including at least 5 years managing a People Partner team or comparable HR business partner function.
• Required experience supporting a complex healthcare organization, clinical workforce, or multi-site healthcare operation.
• Required hands-on Workday experience in HR processes, workforce reporting, data-informed decisions, and process improvement.
• Required experience applying AI-enabled tools, automation, or advanced analytics in healthcare, HR, or workforce operations, with knowledge of responsible use and data privacy.
• Advanced knowledge of teammate relations, employment law, performance management, organizational design, workforce planning, change leadership, and HR operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, healthcare administration, organizational leadership, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
