People Partner (HRBP)

Location: France; hybrid role

Salary: €63,000–€73,000 fixed per year, with the final amount depending on experience; equity opportunity available.

hirify.global is a B2B SaaS scale-up developing an artificial intelligence platform that helps cybersecurity teams and Security Operations Centers investigate security alerts proactively.

What you will do

• Partner with managers on onboarding, performance reviews, career paths, and other core People processes.
• Support employees through career moves, international mobility, performance and development conversations, and transitions.
• Lead French labor-law matters, including sensitive cases, disciplinary procedures, CSE meetings, consultations, and internal documentation.
• Develop engagement initiatives, internal communications, a People knowledge hub, and rituals for teams across France, the UK, and the US.
• Partner with People Operations to maintain accurate HRIS data and smooth employee lifecycle processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years as an HRBP.
• Hands-on experience with French labor law, sensitive employee cases, disciplinary procedures, and CSE consultations.
• Experience coaching managers through difficult conversations and people processes.
• Generalist People experience covering administration, payroll inputs, and HRIS topics.
• Professional fluency in French and English is required.
• Experience supporting teams across multiple countries and working in a high-growth technology company.
