What you will do

• Lead technical engineering design on complex site development projects.
• Provide overall technical support and advise project teams on complex engineering matters.
• Mentor and train technical staff while developing technical resources.
• Supervise professional and technical staff when required.
• Review contracts with administrative support and promote efficient production of quality work.
• Perform quality control and thoroughly check engineering plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 8 or more years of engineering experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and contribute as part of a team.
• Ownership of assigned work and commitment to positively impacting communities.
