What you will do

• Take full ownership of quarterly and yearly distribution sales targets.
• Direct the distribution sales team to align with strategic objectives and design win successes.
• Develop comprehensive customer business plans to secure long-term growth.
• Identify new applications and focus areas to provide a competitive edge.
• Staff, coach, and maintain a high-performance, engaged sales team.
• Manage high-level escalations and coordinate across internal business groups.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the semiconductor industry.
• At least 5 years of experience leading cross-functional teams.
• University degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
• Strong technical understanding of discrete semiconductors including MOSFETs, ESD protection, and LOGIC.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data analysis and presentations.
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently across the region.
