What you will do

  • Manage and train distribution partners to drive demand creation and sales volume.
  • Oversee daily distribution operations, including order management, inventory turnover, and supply-demand matching.
  • Proactively seek new customers and expand existing accounts with a focus on design-win opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and FAE teams to define and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Track and report on sales performance, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal BU sales teams and external distribution partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Information and communication engineering, optical communication, Microelectronics, or Marketing.
  • 3-5 years of experience in distribution management, customer support, or sales coordination within the semiconductor or optical communication industry.
  • Proficient in data analysis and office software (Excel, PowerPoint) with strong logical analysis capabilities.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) for business reporting and cross-regional communication.
  • Eligibility to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure with excellent coordination and teamwork skills.
