What you will do

• Design and lead a modular delivery framework to transform bespoke customer requirements into scalable, repeatable deployment science.
• Establish "boots-on-the-ground" feedback loops with end-users to integrate frontline realities into software iterations.
• Lead a "Rapid Response" capability for high-velocity R&D prototypes and urgent system deployments.
• Manage executive alignment through high-velocity decision briefs and risk assessments for the leadership team.
• Scale the department by personally identifying and hiring force-multiplier talent.
• Drive the operational strategy for deploying software solutions from a comprehensive product portfolio.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical leadership scaling delivery or operations in high-growth SaaS, GovTech, or deep-tech environments.
• Proven ability to build repeatable processes and operational guardrails that enable speed without stifling innovation.
• Mature understanding of handling classified information and supporting B2G (Business-to-Government) customers.
• Proficiency with modern tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Military service background, especially in the Cyber/IT domain, is a strong plus.
• Must be based in Berlin or Munich.
