What you will do

• Take ownership of product and service delivery performance, customer satisfaction, and incident management.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary operational point of contact.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, and procurement to ensure effective support.
• Monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate operational risks, issues, and status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Contribute to the development of costed proposals and support models for contract growth.

Requirements

• Must be a British Citizen with 5-10 years of UK residency for security clearance.
• Proven experience in Service Delivery, Customer Support, or Customer Success in a technical environment.
• Strong understanding of service management approaches and long-term support models.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing operational service delivery and through-life support.
• Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in a regulated environment.

Nice to have

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
• Experience with project management tasks like forecasting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Familiarity with CLS/ILS contracts.
• Experience in defense, aerospace, or regulated industries.
• Experience delivering services to government or public-sector customers.
