What you will do

• Drive the strategic transformation of delivering AXIS OS as a SaaS solution.
• Develop and implement gradual deployment strategies and data-driven quality assurance processes.
• Define and monitor internal and external SLOs and SLAs.
• Collaborate with technical experts to model and manage system resource constraints for embedded camera devices.
• Act as a central bridge between development teams, release management, and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Fluent communication skills in both Swedish and English are required.
• Strong background in project management within a modern DevOps environment.
• Strategic mindset with experience in stakeholder management and influencing.
• Educational background in Computer Science or a similar technical field.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and visualize complex processes.
