What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of managers and project managers focused on delivery, integration, and verification.
• Ensure end-to-end delivery responsibility for complex software-intensive systems toward internal and external customers.
• Oversee integration and verification processes across subsystems and system levels.
• Manage the department's project office to ensure predictability, planning, and follow-up.
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery performance and ways of working.
• Contribute to the GBAD C2 management team strategy and operational execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a leader of leaders in complex delivery or development environments.
• Strong background in integration, verification, and system delivery.
• Solid understanding of software-intensive and system-of-systems environments.
• Experience driving project execution through project managers.
• Must pass a security vetting based on current security protection regulations.
• Swedish citizenship may be required for security clearance purposes.
