What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop the consulting team in the Netherlands, focusing on business expansion in the BeNeLux region.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including priorities, resource allocation, and delivery quality across customer projects.
• Drive cloud migration initiatives and the development of reference customers.
• Act as the central leadership point for complex customer situations and operational challenges.
• Collaborate with Sales, Partners, and internal stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
• Promote the adoption of AI-supported approaches to improve consulting efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT consulting and software delivery, including leadership responsibility in customer-facing environments.
• Proven experience in customer contact and business relations within a Dutch context.
• University degree in business with technical affinity or in a technical/scientific field.
• Proficiency in Dutch, English, and French is required.
• Experience in coaching employees and fostering high performance through clear guidance.
• Willingness to travel as required by the role.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of German.
• Solid understanding of current AI use cases in consulting.
