What you will do

  • Partner with Finance and Sales leadership to manage compensation programs and financial planning.
  • Build and maintain CaptivateIQ workbooks, dashboards, and calculators for accurate commission processing.
  • Perform detailed financial analyses to provide actionable insights on compensation and pricing efficacy.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for sales compensation and report performance metrics to senior leadership.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to SOX compliance guidelines through regular reporting and documentation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations or financial analysis.
  • Experience with compensation calculation tools, preferably CaptivateIQ.
  • Exceptional Excel modeling skills and strong data presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 3 days per week in the Austin Domain office.
  • Proven ability to partner with and influence business leaders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
