What you will do
- Partner with Finance and Sales leadership to manage compensation programs and financial planning.
- Build and maintain CaptivateIQ workbooks, dashboards, and calculators for accurate commission processing.
- Perform detailed financial analyses to provide actionable insights on compensation and pricing efficacy.
- Act as a subject matter expert for sales compensation and report performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to SOX compliance guidelines through regular reporting and documentation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations or financial analysis.
- Experience with compensation calculation tools, preferably CaptivateIQ.
- Exceptional Excel modeling skills and strong data presentation abilities.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 3 days per week in the Austin Domain office.
- Proven ability to partner with and influence business leaders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
