Salary: $68,000–$102,000 per year (OTE $85,000–$115,000)

What you will do

• Own Marketing and GTM budget, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles.
• Partner with leadership to model spend changes, growth initiatives, and performance trade-offs.
• Translate revenue targets into investment needs for LRP and AOP planning.
• Act as the primary FP&A partner for Marketing, Growth, Sales Enablement, and Sales Operations.
• Provide independent financial perspectives and challenge assumptions on growth strategies.
• Analyze trends and performance gaps to drive operational improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a financial reporting function.
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Must be based in Austin, TX for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and work independently.
