What you will do

• Execute onsite supervision of all jobs and manage daily crew tasks.
• Communicate with customers before, during, and after project completion.
• Conduct safety meetings and ensure compliance with all safety and environmental requirements.
• Inspect work performed to ensure it meets standard operating procedures.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and confirm all assets are operational.
• Provide training, performance feedback, and recommendations for personnel actions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5+ years of related experience, preferably in the oil and gas or service rental industry.
• 1-2 years of leadership experience in a related field.
• High School diploma, skilled labor certificate, or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to operate company vehicles safely.
• Ability to work a rotational schedule, including long or irregular hours and exposure to extreme weather.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
