What you will do

• Develop mechanical system definitions and 2D schematic drawings using AutoCAD.
• Perform technical calculations including heat balance, alignment, and fuel/lube oil consumption.
• Ensure technical and engineering issues are executed according to contractual and presales requirements.
• Coordinate with consortiums and ancillary equipment providers to meet design interfaces.
• Collaborate with senior mechanical engineers to implement regional design approaches.
• Promote cost-effective and efficient engineering designs.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering specializing in Thermal and Mechanical Process Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of industry experience in engine and ancillary system designs.
• Extensive technical knowledge of electric power and oil & gas medium speed engines.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and technical calculation tools.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no sponsorship provided).
