🚀 Media Buyer (Meta & Google) | Sweepstakes Casino

We're looking for a hands-on Media Buyer to join a fast-growing US-focused Sweepstakes Casino brand.

This is a high-impact role for someone who loves testing, optimization, and scaling profitable acquisition campaigns. You'll own performance across Meta and Google, manage substantial budgets, and play a key role in the company's growth.

💰 Salary: 3000-4000 euro + performance bonus
🌍 Remote

What you'll do:
• Launch, manage, and scale Meta & Google campaigns
• Manage six-figure monthly budgets
• Optimize CPA, ROAS, ROI, and LTV
• Build and test funnels, landing pages, creatives, audiences, and offers
• Analyze performance and identify growth opportunities
• Work closely with CRM, Product, BI, Design, and Compliance teams

Requirements:
• 3+ years of hands-on Media Buying experience
• Strong Meta & Google Ads expertise
• Experience managing $100K+ monthly budgets
• Proven track record of scaling profitable campaigns
• Experience in iGaming, Casino, Sportsbook, Social Casino, Sweepstakes, or similar verticals
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach
• Excellent English

⭐ Experience with US market and Sweepstakes products is a strong advantage.
