What you will do
- Execute and manage day-to-day Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
- Apply standard SOPs and playbooks for campaign setup, QA, and delivery checks to ensure high-quality event mapping and UTM integrity.
- Monitor performance daily and build recurring reports to provide clients with clear, goal-oriented insights.
- Conduct controlled A/B tests and pilot new platform features to optimize ROAS and CAC.
- Collaborate with Creative, Analytics, and Product teams to rotate creatives and reduce audience fatigue.
- Utilize Bliss Point signals to guide optimizations and log feedback for product partners.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Social execution, specifically with Meta Ads buying.
- Proficiency with GA4 and platform analytics to turn raw data into actionable next steps.
- Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Must be based in Mexico City for a hybrid work arrangement.

- Experience buying on TikTok, Pinterest Performance+, Snapchat, Reddit, or LinkedIn.
