What you will do
- Own Meta paid social end-to-end, including strategy, campaign builds, budget allocation, and scaling.
- Manage spend against clear CPA and ROAS goals, ensuring channel efficiency.
- Partner with content creators and designers to define the creative testing roadmap and iterate on ad performance.
- Structure and read A/B tests across creative, audiences, and placements to separate signal from noise.
- Build reporting loops to track performance and surface insights to the growth team.
- Lead expansion into additional platforms as the channel matures.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns with direct budget ownership.
- Deep, hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, including campaign structure, ASC, and pixel/Conversions API.
- Performance-driven mindset with comfort being measured on CPA and ROAS.
- Strong creative instincts to brief and direct ad creative effectively.
- Analytical fluency in reporting tools and attribution.
- Must be located within ± 4 hours of CET to ensure optimal collaboration.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with YouTube, Google Display, or TikTok Ads.
- Familiarity with SaaS/subscription unit economics (LTV, payback, cohort ROAS).
- Experience working with creative teams or UGC pipelines.
- SQL skills or comfort working with raw performance data.
