Location: Must be based in the USA (Remote)
Salary: $80,000–$95,000 + incentive pay program

What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive Paid Social plans covering prospecting, retargeting, and loyalty.
- Use platform automation and Bliss Point insights to optimize budgets and improve campaign performance.
- Design and implement A/B and lift tests to validate creative and audience strategies.
- Collaborate with Creative, Analytics, and Client Leadership teams to turn best practices into repeatable playbooks.
- Monitor data health, including pixel/CAPI and event mapping, to ensure accurate performance reporting.
- Communicate results and strategic trade-offs to clients in clear, business-impact-focused language.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing Paid Social campaigns across Meta and TikTok.
- Hands-on expertise with Meta Advantage+, TikTok Smart Performance, and audience design.
- Strong proficiency in GA4 and platform analytics for connecting media spend to revenue and LTV.
- Proven ability to design and execute rigorous testing frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with experience in senior stakeholder storytelling.
- Must be based in the USA to support the remote work arrangement.
Nice to have
- Experience with Pinterest, Snapchat, or Reddit advertising.
- Familiarity with catalog/DPA management.
