What you will do

• Manage a diverse caseload of clinical negligence matters, including delayed diagnoses, surgical errors, and birth injuries.
• Independently handle files from initial instruction through to resolution with appropriate supervision.
• Analyze medical evidence and expert reports to contribute to the progression of claims.
• Collaborate with experienced solicitors and senior fee earners to achieve positive client outcomes.
• Maintain regular contact with clients who have experienced traumatic medical events using a compassionate approach.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 0–2 years’ PQE.
• Demonstrated experience or a strong interest in clinical negligence work.
• Familiarity with the litigation process and handling medical evidence.
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and progress cases efficiently.
• Genuine commitment to high-standard client care.
