What you will do

• Design and evolve an enterprise-grade SaaS experience that drives sustained engagement and adoption.

• Own and maintain a scalable design system for dashboards, analytics, and workflow modules.
• Translate complex AI-driven capabilities into intuitive and decision-ready product experiences.
• Align UX design decisions with key business metrics like retention and multi-department usage.
• Lead end-to-end design execution from concept and prototyping through to post-launch optimization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS product design, ideally within enterprise or complex B2B platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in dashboards and data-heavy interfaces.
• Deep understanding of enterprise user behavior and product-led growth principles.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and experience building scalable design systems.
• Analytical mindset with familiarity in A/B testing and product analytics.
• Must be based in the United States.
