What you will do
- Lead inbound opportunities from introductory meetings through proposal development, contracting, and closing.
- Identify, research, and qualify target accounts, focusing on large-scale enterprise companies across key verticals.
- Develop outbound pursuit strategies, messaging, and content to initiate meaningful first conversations.
- Manage RFIs and RFPs, translating the agency's creative capabilities into compelling, client-centered narratives.
- Build and nurture external relationships with procurement leaders, search consultants, and industry thought leaders.
- Collaborate with internal teams and the Communications Director to develop case studies and thought leadership content.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of business development experience within a creative agency or consultancy.
- Proven track record of owning opportunities end-to-end: qualifying, proposing, negotiating, and closing.
- Ability to develop pitch narratives and present them with conviction to senior stakeholders.
- Experience developing credentials, RFIs, RFPs, and financial models for enterprise procurement.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as HubSpot, with a focus on pipeline tracking and data hygiene.
- Location: Must be based in New York, NY
