TL;DR

Pipeline Manager (CRM/Sales Operations): Leading day-to-day oversight, strategy, and performance of the firm’s business development pipeline with an accent on data-driven decision-making, pipeline health, and conversion rates. Focus on optimizing CRM tracking systems, developing KPIs, and producing revenue forecasts for executive leadership.

Location: Hybrid or Remote; must be based in New York, Toronto, or Washington DC

Salary: $85,000–$90,000 USD/year

What you will do

  • Lead the management and optimization of the business development pipeline to ensure visibility and consistency.
  • Maintain and improve CRM tracking systems (Insightly) to ensure data integrity and completeness.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs such as pipeline value, conversion rates, and win/loss trends.
  • Produce regular pipeline and revenue forecasts to support executive strategic planning.
  • Coordinate proposal prioritization and resourcing in collaboration with the Proposal Production Manager.
  • Analyze trends across sectors, clients, and geographies to inform growth strategy.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in business development, CRM management, or sales operations.
  • Experience managing systems, workflows, and data consistency across teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Insightly preferred).
  • Strong analytical thinking to translate pipeline data into strategic recommendations.
  • Must be based in or able to work from New York, Toronto, or Washington DC.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Experience with Proposal Development.
