Location: Hybrid or Remote; must be based in New York, Toronto, or Washington DC
Salary: $85,000–$90,000 USD/year

What you will do
- Lead the management and optimization of the business development pipeline to ensure visibility and consistency.
- Maintain and improve CRM tracking systems (Insightly) to ensure data integrity and completeness.
- Develop and monitor KPIs such as pipeline value, conversion rates, and win/loss trends.
- Produce regular pipeline and revenue forecasts to support executive strategic planning.
- Coordinate proposal prioritization and resourcing in collaboration with the Proposal Production Manager.
- Analyze trends across sectors, clients, and geographies to inform growth strategy.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in business development, CRM management, or sales operations.
- Experience managing systems, workflows, and data consistency across teams.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Insightly preferred).
- Strong analytical thinking to translate pipeline data into strategic recommendations.
- Must be based in or able to work from New York, Toronto, or Washington DC.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
