What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design of complex product experiences from early concepts to high-fidelity execution and implementation.
• Translate complex technical and engineering workflows into intuitive, user-centered interfaces.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to define requirements, shape product direction, and ensure feasible, high-impact design outcomes.
• Establish and evolve design systems (reusable components, patterns, guidelines) to ensure consistency across products.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve usability and advocate for user needs.
• Mentor junior designers and support cross-functional handoff and implementation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience with end-to-end ownership of complex design projects.
• Experience designing enterprise SaaS or B2B products, ideally in technical or engineering-focused domains.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and modern product design workflows.
• Experience building and scaling design systems, including documentation and component governance.
• Ability to simplify highly complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
• Comfort working in ambiguous environments and defining structure where little exists.
