What you will do

• Lead the UX vision and execution for the PWS Mobile Application across iOS, iPadOS, and Android.
• Design device-first experiences including onboarding, configuration, and connectivity flows (Bluetooth/Easy Switch).
• Ensure seamless mobile-to-desktop continuity with Logi Options+.
• Evolve the hirify.global Design System (Elysium/LDS) for scalable, cross-platform consistency.
• Conduct user research on mobile usage contexts to translate insights into product improvements.
• Collaborate with software engineering squads and product managers to align UX with technical feasibility.

Requirements

• Extensive UX design experience with consumer-facing mobile applications (iOS and/or Android).
• Deep expertise in Apple HIG and Material Design guidelines.
• Strong systems thinking and experience evolving design systems across multiple OS.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (Dev Mode, Components) and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Previous experience at a Lead or Senior Designer level within a product organization.
• Must be based in San Jose, CA for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience designing AI-powered features or using AI prototyping tools like Replit, Figma Make, or Lovable.
• Experience designing Bluetooth-connected or hardware-enabled mobile applications.
• Motion design skills or proficiency with After Effects.
• Basic coding ability to facilitate prototyping and engineering collaboration.
