What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design process for major features, from user research to high-fidelity validation.
• Define and advocate for UX strategies that align with business goals and player needs.
• Manage and mentor a team of in-house and external designers.
• Establish UX standards, best practices, and design systems to ensure high-quality consistency.
• Influence product vision through thought leadership and innovative design solutions.
• Contribute as an individual contributor while leading by example on complex design tasks.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• Extensive experience in UX design with a portfolio showcasing complex, user-centered solutions.
• Proven track record of leading a UX team with positive outcomes.
• Mastery of design and prototyping tools and techniques.
• Deep understanding of UX research methods and ability to translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Experience designing for mobile platforms.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
