Salary: $169,000 – $259,000

What you will do

• Design repeatable, scalable patterns and componentry to be leveraged by design and engineering teams.
• Create and prototype user interfaces for enterprise B2B software, ensuring seamless navigation and accessibility.
• Conduct user research and iterate on designs based on feedback to optimize the overall user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers and software engineers to refine features and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Develop interactive prototypes and conduct usability testing to validate design concepts.
• Document design decisions and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, specifically within a Design System capacity.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and deep understanding of design tokens and atomic design principles.
• Proven experience designing technical B2B solutions, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Experience designing for AI and Agentic AI technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be based in or able to work from the specified US hybrid locations.
