What you will do

• Generate innovative and impactful creative concepts and actionable briefs for the creative team.
• Collaborate with media buyers, account managers, copywriters, and designers to bring concepts to life.
• Develop and implement creative strategies to optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights.
• Present creative strategies and concepts to clients and incorporate feedback to align with performance metrics.
• Conduct market research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform unique creative solutions.
• Perform quality assurance by reviewing all creative deliverables before client presentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in creative strategy within an agency setting.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and performance marketing principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
