Location: Hybrid (Lithuania or Poland). Work from office is encouraged, with the possibility of up to two remote days per week.
Salary: €3,100–€4,300 per month for the Lithuanian market or 17,600–23,000 PLN per month for the Polish market.

What you will do
- Own the creative strategy for paid channels, aligning messaging and formats with business and performance goals.
- Translate performance data into clear creative insights, concepts, and testable hypotheses.
- Lead ideation for new campaigns, including static, video, UGC, and native-style ads.
- Define and prioritize a structured creative testing roadmap across different platforms and funnel stages.
- Brief and guide designers, video editors, and copywriters to ensure high-quality, on-strategy output.
- Analyze creative performance to identify scalable patterns in hooks, narratives, and calls-to-action.
Requirements
- Proven experience driving business growth through performance ad creatives.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on script writing and concept development.
- Comfortable owning decisions and defending creative choices using data.
- Clear communication skills to align creative and performance teams.
- Must be based in Lithuania or Poland.
