What you will do
- Own the development of client-facing pitch decks, proposals, and strategic narratives for new and existing business opportunities.
- Translate complex creative concepts into clear, persuasive language that highlights insight, strategy, and cultural relevance.
- Structure presentations to tell cohesive stories, encompassing the brief, audience insights, creative territories, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with creative leads, producers, and account teams to pressure-test and refine campaign concepts.
- Support agency marketing and positioning through LinkedIn copy, website language, and case study development.
- Draft compelling written narratives for award submissions based on campaign results and strategic impact.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in creative strategy, brand strategy, copywriting, or entertainment marketing.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to craft exciting and strategic client-facing narratives.
- Proven experience in deck-building and structuring persuasive presentation arcs.
- Deep understanding of social-first content, TikTok, Instagram, and Gen Z/Millennial internet culture.
- Ability to balance creative ambition with practical client constraints such as budget and brand guidelines.
- High attention to detail regarding language, flow, and formatting.
