Salary: $75,000–$89,000 CAD (Ontario band)

What you will do

• Provide creative direction and performance recommendations to improve client campaign KPIs.
• Direct Generative AI tools as a human-in-the-loop to refine machine outputs for brand integrity.
• Manage the creative request lifecycle from initial brief to final asset delivery.
• Collaborate with the Production Team to deliver innovative ad creatives that drive performance.
• Develop modular creative frameworks to enable programmatic scaling across diverse channels.
• Act as a subject-matter expert to support the Sales team in winning and retaining clients.

Requirements

• Must be located in Canada.
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, creative strategy, or art direction.
• Proven ability to develop compelling creative concepts and strategic plans.
• Experience creating digital ads, campaigns, or promotional content.
• Familiarity with directing Generative AI models and critiquing machine-generated work.
• Exceptional client relationship and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Graphic design experience with portfolio samples.
• Advanced experience in programmatic advertising, HTML, CSS, or Javascript.
• Fluency in French.
