What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Customer Success strategy aligned with business objectives and KPIs.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of managers and Partner Success Managers.
- Build long-term relationships with key partners and serve as a high-level escalation point.
- Optimize CS processes and tools to ensure scalability through a digital-first approach.
- Own and drive renewal and expansion revenue targets to ensure goals are exceeded.
- Advocate for partner needs internally to influence product development and strategy.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Customer Success or related roles.
- 4+ years in a leadership role within a cybersecurity SaaS company.
- Proven track record of driving growth and reducing churn.
- Strong knowledge of cloud, hybrid, and on-premise IT architectures.
- Experience with Customer Success platforms such as Gainsight.
- Knowledge and experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) is preferred.
