Location: Remote, but must be located in the Canberra area

hirify.global is a fast-growing cybersecurity company providing autonomous pentesting through its flagship NodeZero platform.

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of customers as the primary post-sales technical advisor to guide successful adoption of the platform.
  • Cultivate relationships with security leaders, from analysts to CISOs, to drive adoption, expansion, and advocacy.
  • Deliver technical onboarding and enablement for advanced features like Tripwires, Insights, and Rapid Response.
  • Partner with SOC, red/blue teams, and AppSec teams to interpret pentest results and guide long-term offensive security strategy.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Renewals teams to drive retention and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Act as a customer advocate by relaying technical feedback and issues to internal Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Client Services within a SaaS cybersecurity environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity practices; certifications like CompTIA Security+ or CISSP are preferred.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise security, cloud, or offensive security.
  • Experience managing a book of business with revenue targets (ARR, NRR, GRR).
  • Must be located in the Canberra area.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, and JIRA.
