What you will do

• Deliver business sales targets for SMB by championing a client-centric sales mindset.
• Develop sales strategies and go-to-market execution plans to grow revenue from new and former clients.
• Manage the SMB P&L, delivering revenue and EBITDA targets and building annual operating plans.
• Build and segment SMB client prospect databases to define relevant solutions and address pain points.
• Collaborate with Marcom to develop targeted content and campaigns for lead generation.
• Represent the NIQ brand at external events and professional speaking engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 5-8 years of working experience with a proven sales track record.
• Expertise in strategic sales, business development, and the full B2B/SaaS sales process.
• Strong client management skills with the ability to engage stakeholders up to C-Suite level.
• Knowledge and understanding of market data and its strategic application.
• Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or consultative sales.
