Business Development Executive

Location: On-site in the Kuala Lumpur office, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

What you will do

• Research and identify senior decision-makers, including CEOs, CFOs, and Directors, who match summit themes and objectives.
• Use CRM tools, databases, and online platforms such as LinkedIn to build targeted prospect lists.
• Write targeted outreach campaigns designed to generate high-quality inbound inquiries.
• Meet weekly and monthly goals and KPIs.
• Build and maintain contact database quality.
• Collaborate effectively with sales professionals across EMEA and North America.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in email marketing, market research, and/or lead generation.
• Experience creating and launching strategic marketing email campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Willingness to adapt to a performance-driven culture.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• A recognised degree or diploma in any discipline; Marketing or Business Administration is preferred.
