What you will do

• Research and identify senior decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, Directors) aligning with event themes and objectives.
• Build targeted prospect lists using CRM tools, databases, and platforms like LinkedIn.
• Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate high-quality inbound inquiries.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs and goals.
• Maintain the accuracy and quality of the contacts database.
• Collaborate with sales professionals across the Australian market.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing or sales.
• Demonstrable experience in lead generation or excellent research abilities.
• Proficiency in English is essential for operating in an English-speaking environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer literacy.
