What you will do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue across ’s product portfolio.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, setting performance metrics and establishing best practices.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and contract negotiation.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-value clients to drive retention and expansion.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to align sales efforts with corporate objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine pricing and product positioning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in sales, preferably within SaaS or digital platforms.
- At least 2-3 years of experience leading or mentoring a sales team.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in pipeline forecasting and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage decision-makers.
