What you will do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue across hirify.global’s product portfolio.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, setting performance metrics and establishing best practices.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and contract negotiation.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-value clients to drive retention and expansion.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to align sales efforts with corporate objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine pricing and product positioning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in sales, preferably within SaaS or digital platforms.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience leading or mentoring a sales team.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in pipeline forecasting and performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage decision-makers.
