Salary: $250,000 - $276,000 OTE annually

What you will do

  • Hire, coach, and develop a team of Mid-Enterprise Sales Engineers, fostering accountability and continuous learning.
  • Establish best practices for discovery, demos, and proof-of-value (PoV) engagements to improve technical win rates.
  • Collaborate with Sales leaders to drive pipeline progression and support strategic customer engagements.
  • Develop onboarding playbooks and repeatable sales engineering motions to enable effective scaling.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to bring field feedback into the business and improve outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Solutions Architecture within cybersecurity.
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience managing customer-facing technical teams.
  • Experience supporting Mid-Market, Mid-Enterprise, and Enterprise sales motions.
  • Strong understanding of vulnerability management, identity, cloud security, and security operations.
  • Must be located in the U.S. EST or CST Time Zone.
