What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and grow the Sales Engineering team focused on the Majors segment.
- Define and drive best practices for technical selling, POV execution, and demo delivery.
- Engage with executive and technical levels of major enterprise prospects to drive complex sales cycles.
- Own and oversee technical evaluations and proof-of-value processes to ensure repeatable outcomes.
- Serve as the technical bridge between enterprise customers, product management, and engineering to influence the roadmap.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences through demos and presentations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in pre-sales or sales engineering within the cybersecurity industry.
- 2+ years in a senior or leadership role managing other Sales Engineers.
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise security, risk management, endpoint solutions, and vulnerability management.
- Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
- Fluent in English.
- Must be based in the US.
Nice to have
- Experience building or scaling SE teams as a first-line or second-line manager.
- Familiarity with the CTEM (Continuous Threat Exposure Management) market.
- Experience working with channel partners, including enablement and co-selling motions.
- Background in opening new enterprise territories or market segments.
