Salary: $68,889 - $102,297 (Base) + Commissions

What you will do
- Partner with distributor inside and field sales teams to support sales-out growth across assigned territories.
- Identify and qualify new customer opportunities within distributor ecosystems.
- Participate in joint customer calls alongside distributor sellers and internal team members.
- Track pipeline activity and sales execution using POS and reporting tools.
- Support distributor sales enablement through product knowledge and competitive positioning.
- Coordinate with internal Marketing, Pricing, Product, and Operations teams for day-to-day execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Must be based in one of the approved US states (AL, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, WY).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivation, coachability, and a growth mindset.

- Prior internship or entry-level experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
