Location: Must be based in or able to commute to the Tampa, Florida office

Compensation: $82,900–$97,100 OTE (includes base wage and incentive compensation)

What you will do

  • Own outbound prospecting and pipeline generation within an assigned territory or segment.
  • Research and identify prospective customers using data, tools, and market signals.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers.
  • Generate qualified sales conversations and build pipeline for Account Executives.
  • Develop expertise in the HR/PEO landscape and refine messaging to improve outreach quality.
  • Utilize modern sales tools and workflows to improve productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to commute to the Tampa, Florida office
  • Strong interest in sales, business development, and outbound pipeline generation.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound outreach across multiple channels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and research capabilities.
  • Fast learner with a growth mindset and willingness to adopt new tools and processes.

Nice to have

  • Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft, Outreach, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Exposure to AI tools or AI-assisted workflows for prospecting and productivity.
  • Prior SDR, customer-facing, or high-volume outreach experience.
