Sr. Sales Exec - Issuance Business Development (Payments & Identity): Develop and execute plans to grow and accelerate Payments & Identity strategic solutions with an accent on IFI partner/alliance sales, consultative team selling, and driving quarterly/annual commitments. Focus on building partner pipeline in CRM, coordinating bid management and technical resources, and leading cross-functional engagement to close enterprise issuance opportunities.

What you will do
- Drive customer/partner sales engagement by identifying prospects, analyzing market and competitors, and developing partner/alliance relationships.
- Lead consultative and team selling for issuance opportunities, including creation and presentation of sales materials and coordination of internal SMEs and technical resources.
- Own account planning and forecasting for channel business, including pipeline building, tracking, and funnel management in CRM and reporting tools.
- Build and maintain relationships with partner resources, associations, and entities impacting vertical markets; influence strategies tied to product development and defined opportunities.
- Develop annual/quarterly business plans and conduct quarterly business reviews; accurately forecast orders and manage sales performance.
- Provide leadership by escalating complex issues, recommending process improvements, and coordinating resources across Sales, Marketing, Product, Alliances, and Professional Services.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B business development or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience delivering platform and/or custom solutions to the financial services/payments industry.
- Track record of consultative selling and team selling, including bid management and solutions delivery.
- Must be able to lawfully work in the US with unrestricted work authorization for the US.
- Ability to travel up to 30% with some international travel expected.
- Bachelor’s degree.
