What you will do
- Identify, develop, and maximize penetration of accounts within specified product lines or geographic areas.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships with assigned accounts.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
- Manage and ensure the timely collection of accounts receivable.
- Support the Sales Manager in developing sales and marketing plans and overall strategy.
- Assist in providing training to sales representatives and support staff.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of successful track record in direct sales and account management.
- University degree holder.
- Strong commercial thinking and a customer-centric mindset.
- Experience with result-oriented performance and change agility.
- Must be based in or able to work in Shanghai, China.
