What you will do

  • Identify and pursue target clients, including global tech giants and leaders in AI, smart manufacturing, biotech, and cloud computing.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet sponsorship and booth sales targets.
  • Manage a strategic portfolio of 10–20 key accounts.
  • Lead complex negotiations for premium sponsorship packages, customized partnerships, and multi-year commitments.
  • Act as the primary liaison for key accounts to ensure seamless delivery of contractual rights like speaking slots and VIP networking.
  • Collaborate with content, marketing, and operations teams to ensure high-quality fulfillment of account commitments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 6+ years of sales or account management experience in B2B exhibitions, tech events, or media.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals.
  • Existing network of decision-makers within global tech companies or leading Chinese tech firms.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
  • Must be based in Shanghai and work in-person five days a week.
