What you will do

  • Lead dealer acquisition in target markets (HK, JP, SG, AU) through prospecting, pitching, and closing.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, including lead qualification, product demos, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with Account Manager teams to execute growth plans, focusing on upsell and performance optimization.
  • Track key metrics (GMV, churn, active listings) and prepare detailed sales forecasts and reports.
  • Gather market and competitor insights to refine sales strategies and provide product roadmap feedback.
  • Work with Marketing and Private Client Advisor teams on co-marketing initiatives to increase dealer visibility.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, dealer management, or account management in luxury retail, e-commerce, or marketplaces.
  • Proven track record of acquiring new partners and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Fluent in Japanese and English.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Must be based in Hong Kong and available for in-person meetings.
  • Flexibility to travel and work non-standard hours (including some weekends) based on dealer needs.
