What you will do

• Drive the technical sale of the hirify.global solution portfolio to ensure maximal business value.
• Design fit-for-purpose solutions and adoption roadmaps for customers.
• Act as the technical customer advocate, collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Support.
• Create scalable solutions tailored to specific customer needs.
• Explain complex technical concepts in accessible terms to secure technical wins.
• Travel to customer offices and conferences to deliver talks and presentations.

Requirements

• Business fluency in German.
• Deep fundamental understanding of how the internet works (TCP, UDP, DNS, TLS, HTTP).
• Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize competing demands.
• Capacity to explain ROI and influence customer buying decisions.
• Must be based in Switzerland.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a pre-sales SE or consulting role.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Bash.
• Experience building or contributing to web applications.
• Ability to explain CSRF, XSS, and SQLi in detail and their defenses.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements like PCI DSS, HIPAA, and SOC-2.
• Exposure to SASE and Zero Trust architectures.
